Flag for review & community moderation
CampusAve.com was developed to be a site run by its users. As such, we have developed the following community moderation technology to ensure that all inappropriate and misplaced listings are handled. Users have the ability to flag listings that they feel are in the wrong category, repeated or contain inappropriate content. If a listing receives too many flags, it will automatically be deleted and an email will be sent to the publisher. Only one flag per user will accrue for a single listing (you only need to flag it once). If we determine that a listing has been unfairly deleted, it may be republished. Additionally, CampusAve team members work round the clock removing any listings containing spam, poor content or inappropriate material. If you have ideas to improve this or any other feature on CampusAve, please let us know.

What does CampusAve mean?
CampusAve means everything and anything that pertains to college life. We came up with the idea of merging the words "Campus " and "Ave" just by chance. But, when we said it aloud, we knew that we had the perfect name to describe our site. What else could you call a site where students, graduates and professionals living in college towns can list and search for just about anything in categories ranging from housing to jobs to campus life? If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them.
